For the best results, please arrive with your hair freshly washed, detangled, and blown out straight. Avoid using heavy oils or butters before your appointment, as we use our signature Nassi products during the process to ensure a clean, long-lasting look.
We ship nationwide across the USA. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Yes! Our X-Pression Pre-Stretched line is made from premium, itch-free synthetic fibers. They are specifically treated to be gentle on sensitive scalps and are flame-retardant.
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within the 48-hour window.
We recommend keeping protective styles in for no longer than 6 to 8 weeks. Keeping them in longer can lead to matting at the roots and unnecessary tension on your natural hair. For the best "refreshed" look, we offer touch-up services for your perimeter (edges).
Yes! For all signature braiding services (Knotless, Box Braids, etc.), we provide our premium Nassi Pre-Stretched hair in colors 1, 1B, 2, and 4. If you desire custom ombre or bright colors, please select the "Custom Color" add-on when booking or bring your own Nassi Hair extensions.
Absolutely. We specialize in "Tension-Free" knotless techniques specifically designed to reduce stress on the scalp. We also use hypoallergenic, ACV-rinsed hair extensions upon request to ensure zero irritation for our sensitive-skin Queens.
Yes! While our Natural Scalp Treatment Oil is a favorite for braid maintenance, it is formulated with essential oils (like Rosemary and Peppermint) that promote growth and moisture for all natural hair types, whether you are currently in a protective style or not.
