Terms of Service

Welcome to Nassi Hair. These terms govern your use of our services and website.

1. Appointment Integrity

Every booking represents a dedicated block of time for your transformation. We require a non-refundable deposit for all services. This deposit acts as a commitment and is deducted from your final balance. Deposits are only transferable if rescheduled 48 hours prior to the original date.

2. Hair Preparation Requirements

To ensure the best results and stay on schedule, clients must arrive with hair thoroughly washed, detangled, and stretched (blown out). If our stylists must perform these tasks, a detangling fee of $30 per hour will be applied.

3. Guest Policy

Due to space constraints and the focus required for intricate braiding, we maintain a "No Extra Guest" policy. Children may only be present if they are receiving a service.

Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy as much as we respect your hair. We collect data solely to facilitate your beauty experience.

1. Payment Security

We utilize Stripe for all financial transactions. Nassi Hair does not see, store, or have access to your full credit card details. Stripe’s high-level encryption ensures your financial safety.

2. Marketing Imagery

We love to showcase our Queens! We may take photos or videos of your finished style. By booking, you grant us permission to use this media. If you wish to remain anonymous, please notify us via the support form below.

Refunds & Exchanges

Notice:

Services are labor-intensive and customized. Once a service is completed and you leave the salon, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

1. The Quality Guarantee

If you experience any issues with the craftsmanship of your braids (excessive frizz within 48 hours or loose braids), we will correct the specific area at no cost. This request must be filed through the Support Form within 72 hours of the service.

2. Product Boutique

Physical products (oils, edge control, extensions) can be returned within 14 days if the safety seal is intact. We cannot accept returns on hair extensions that have been removed from their original packaging for hygiene reasons.
